While planning your Paris trip, booking your class early will ensure you reserve the spot at the right date and time for your group/family. As we offer only private class, we can therefore reserve the spot for your group.

As we know that plans can change, we offer the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation with more than 4 weeks notice - Possible Cash Refund (minus 10% for processing fees)

• Cancellation with more than 1 weeks notice - Voucher valid for 6 month for rescheduling a class for your family or a delegate

• No cancellation possible with less than 1 week notice

All Cakes and custom orders are made fresh, and require time to design, bake and decorate.

• 48 Hours for Classic cakes

• 7 days for cakes requiring personalized decoration and serving up to 20 people

• 2 weeks for parties for more than 20 people

A rush fee (20 Euros for small orders, or up to 20% of the standard price) can be added to the quote.

In case of last minute plan change, we offer the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice - Possible Cash Refund (minus costs incurred and 10% for processing fees)

• No cancellation possible with less than 2 week notice
